This shipping policy applies to orders placed on zeynora.in with ZEYNORA LADIES WEAR.
Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within two to four business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or for made-to-order pieces, dispatch may take slightly longer — we will notify you if your order is affected.
Delivery
We deliver across India through our shipping partner, Shiprocket. Standard delivery timelines range from three to seven business days depending on your location. Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may require additional time.
Shipping charges
Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order value and destination. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly indicated during checkout.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and other order notifications where available. You may also track your order on zeynora.in using your order number and registered mobile number.

Delivery issues
If your package arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 63669 66565) with your order number and photographs where applicable.
